Das 6000 Quadratmeter große Privatgrundstück liegt wenige Hundert Meter außerhalb von Alghero. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich ein Haupthaus und eine kleine abgelegene Dependance. Der große gepflegte Garten bietet viel Privatsphäre und gerne kann man auch mal auf dem hauseigenen Tennisplatz spielen.
Für eine praktische Mobilität ist in Alghero ein Auto notwendig. Verschiedene große Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso die Innenstadt oder das Meer.
Nach einem aktiven Tag freut man sich, sich in dieser Ruheoase zurückzuziehen.
Ein Wifi-Router ist im Haupthaus, somit ist der Empfang nicht auf dem gesamten Grunstück gewährleistet.
Das kleine Chalet liegt freistehend an der Grenze des Grundstücks. Ringsherum befindet sich Garten und ein gefliester Vorplatz. Das Haus besteht aus einem Raum mit Doppelbett, Esstisch, Sofa und sonstigen Einrichtungsgegenständen. Daneben eine kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Moskitonetze sowie Klimaanlage sind vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück kann man den PKW sicher parken.
Es kann ein Zustellbett aufgestellt werden, womit das Haus dann mit 3 Personen genutzt werden kann.

Is internet available?Most holiday homes are located near the beach or in the countryside and do not have fixed internet access. Often mobile routers are rented out that connect to the internet like a mobile phone. The speed depends very much on the reception quality at the house and is not comparable with wired access.
Many particularly beautiful, inexpensive houses or those offered privately do not have internet. We therefore recommend using your own mobile phone, because often a mobile data connection is hardly or not more expensive than in the home country and better than renting a router.
