The flats in this house are almost identical to the two flats in the house with pool view. Each flat has two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining table, bathroom and terrace with refreshing outdoor shower. The sofa bed in the kitchen/living room can sleep a further 2 people.From the terrace you have direct access to the garden with shared pool and barbecue area.

General

Two attractively designed semi-detached houses, each with two separate flats, are situated on the large plot on the Golfo di Orosei. The view from the terraces leads over the garden with pook partly to the sea. Orosei with all shopping facilities and the beach are just under 2 km away.The many mosaics and juniper wood decorations in the houses, which adorn the bathrooms and bedrooms, are striking.

The decorative pool is open all year round and is 160cm deep at its deepest point. 

The houses are particularly suitable for families, couples and groups travelling together.
