Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, second twin bedroom and bathroom with shower. The property includes a veranda furnished with table and chairs and a beautiful fenced outdoor area where children can play in complete tranquility, furnished with table and chairs. Convenience of internal parking as well as free parking along the road.
Present: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue, outdoor shower.
It is the ideal holiday home for a family with children being able to go and come back quickly on foot from the beach, in a peaceful and relaxing setting such as that of San Giovanni di Posada; the main services are provided in the immediate vicinity as well as, a little further on, from the village of Caletta di Siniscola.
From the house you can quickly reach other equally beautiful beaches in the area, such as those of Capo Comino, Berchida, Budoni / Tanaunella, just to name a few.
For larger groups, another apartment is available adjacent to it that can comfortably accommodate another 5 people.
