San Sperate bietet ein intensives künstlerisches und kulturelles Leben mit Initiativen, Aufführungen und Festen, die das ganze Jahr über im Freien oder in kleinen Theatern stattfinden. Vor allem im Sommer kann man an Dorffesten teilnehmen, die mit der bäuerlichen Tradition verbunden sind, mit Unterhaltungsprogrammen und typischen Gerichten. Abgesehen von diesen Veranstaltungen kann man das ganze Jahr über in den verschiedenen Restaurants die beste sardischen Küche genießen. Außerdem ist es ein ausgezeichneter strategischer Ausgangspunkt, um den Süden Sardiniens, einschließlich der zahlreichen schönen Strände, leicht zu erkunden.
