Die private Villa liegt in der kleinen Anlage Cala Petralana bei der schönen Bucht von Porto Pollo. Von einer der Terrassen bietete sich ein ausgefallen schöner Blick auf das Meer.
Cala Petralana ist ein kleines Feriendorf an der Bucht Porto Pollo, umgeben von der typischen Vegetation Sardiniens. Die Strände der Costa Serena-Angolo Azzurro sind nur wenige Minuten von Porto Pollo-Isola dei Gabbiani entfernt.
Zu Anlage gehört eine Pizzeria/Bar, Tennis- und Fußballplätze und Wi-Fi für die Bewohner. Der Strand ist leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Umgebung ist auch bei sportlichen Aktivurlaubern beliebt. Es werden verschiedene Dienstleistungen angeboten:
Kite-Surfen, Windsurfen, Segeln, Wasserski, Bootsverleih, Ausflüge zu den Inseln, Reiten, Restaurants, Bars, Food, Disco/Pub am Strand, Fahrradverleih, Lebensmittel und ärztliche Versorgung.
Eine Windsurfstation ist bis Ende Oktober geöffnet und ca. 2km von der Residenz entfernt.
Von einem Doppelzimmer mit Garderobe ist der Garten zu erreichen. Im Garten gibt es eine zweite überdachte Terrasse mit Liegewiese und einem Tisch mit Stühlen unter schatten spendenen Bäumen.
In einem weiteren Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett und ein Etagen-Einzelbett sowie ein Kleiderschrank.
Im Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbettsofa ist eine Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, ein Kochherd mit Backofen, und ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.

Is internet available?Most holiday homes are located near the beach or in the countryside and do not have fixed internet access. Often mobile routers are rented out that connect to the internet like a mobile phone. The speed depends very much on the reception quality at the house and is not comparable with wired access.
Many particularly beautiful, inexpensive houses or those offered privately do not have internet. We therefore recommend using your own mobile phone, because often a mobile data connection is hardly or not more expensive than in the home country and better than renting a router.
