Die Villa liegt nur wenige Minuten von Porto Pollo und der Isola dei Gabbiani entfernt, der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Villa hat 2 überdachten Außenterrassen, beide mit Tisch, Stühlen und Bänken ausgestattet, einen großer Garten mit grünem Rasen, Palmen, Pinien und mediterrane Macchia

Is internet available?Most holiday homes are located near the beach or in the countryside and do not have fixed internet access. Often mobile routers are rented out that connect to the internet like a mobile phone. The speed depends very much on the reception quality at the house and is not comparable with wired access.
