A gorgeous country villa close to the beach and the town centre, in a peaceful setting, ideal for those looking to relax. The building, a rustic-style house with a floor area of 60 square metres, is only 2.5 km from the beach and around 3 km from the town centre of Barisardo where you can find all the services such as a chemist, emergency doctor, post office, bank, supermarket, etc. The large veranda, where you can eat out or just relax, looks out onto a garden of 3,000 square metres which characterizes the villa. Within the garden, there is an outside shower and covered parking.


The villa is arranged on one floor and is composed of a large living area with kitchenette, two bedrooms - one double and one twin, bathroom with shower and large veranda. Fully furnished with all comforts including an outside shower in the garden and barbecue.

Facilities: Fully equipped kitchen, dishes, fireplace, fridge/freezer, washing machine television with digital decoder, iron, outside shower, parking.
