Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses ist der Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile, aus dem man in den großen Außerbereich gelangt.

Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind in der oberen Etage, ein Doppelzimmer und ein Zimmer mit Einzel- und Etagenbett.
