In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein Doppelbett und ein Zustellbett. In einem weiteren Schlafzimmer sind zwei Einzelbetten, die auch als Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können.

Badezimmer mit Dusche und Hauswirtschaftsraum. Großer Wohnbereich mit Küche und Geschirrspüler, daneben ein Wohnraum mit Essplatz und einem Schlafsofa.

Außen ist eine Veranda mit Meerblick, Tisch und Stühlen, eine weitere Terrasse ist an der Rückseite des Hauses gelegen.
