Dieses Haus mit einem fantastischen Ausblick hat zwei getrennten Wohneinheiten, die immer gemeinsam vermietet werden. Es liegt nur 150Meter vom Strand entfernt.
Die Wohnungen sind über die große Terrasse mit getrennten Eingängen zu erreichen, es gibt im Haus keine Verbindung der Wohnungen untereinander.
Die große Wohnung besteht aus:
- Geräumiger Wohnbereich mit Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Schlafsofa, TV. Der gesamte Bereich ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
- Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen
- ein Doppelzimmer
- ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (bei Bedarf zu einem Doppelbett umstellbar)
- ein Einzelzimmer in Verbindung zu einem Doppelschlafsofa als drittes und viertes Schlafzimmer. Der Schlafbereich ist mit einer Klimaanlage in der Eingangshalle ausgestattet.
- Ein Wohnraum mit Schlafsofa
- Badezimmer mit Dusche
- Garten mit Grill und Außendusche im Innenhof.
- Privatparkplatz
Die kleine Wohnung im Untergeschoss hat:
