Eine große Villa mit drei Etagen, Pool und Garten, wobei jede Etage einen eigenen Eingang hat. Das Haus eignet sich gut für mehrere gemeinsam reisende Familien, die mit einer eigenen Küche unahängig von den anderen Etagen sind.
In der oberen Etage des Hauses ist ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Schlafsofa, von der Terrasse blickt man auf die umliegende Berglandschaft und den Golfo di Orosei. Diese Panoramaterrasse kann direkt aus dem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad erreicht werden. In einem weiteren Schlafzimmer stehen zwei Einzelbetten, die sich als Doppelbett nutzen lassen, auch hier besteht Zugang zu einem Bad.
In der ersten Etage ist ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile und Schlafsofa, eine Terrasse, ein Doppelzimmer mit möglichen Zustellbett und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
In der dritten Etage ist eine Küche mit Esstisch und Schlafsofa, ein Hochbett, ein Etagenbett und ein Badezimmer.
Der Pool ist vom 15.5. bis 31.10. benutzbar. Er wird wöchentlich durch einen Techniker umfassend gereinigt und geprüft.
