Die Villa hat zwei Etagen und insgesamt vier Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten oder Einzelbetten, die auch als Doppelbett genutzt werden können.

In einem der beiden Bedazimmer ist eine Badewanne, in einem anderen eine Dusche.

Der große Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer und einem Esszimmer mit einer Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen.

Von der komplett ausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirr besteht Zugang zur Terrasse mit mobilen Grill. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Parkplatz
