Eine komfortable Villa mit mehreren Terrassen und Balkon, von denen sich ein schöner Ausblick auf den Yachthafen von Cala Gogone bietet.
Die Terrasse ist mit Liegestühlen ausgestattet, in einem überdachten Bereich ist eine Sitzgruppe mit Hängematte. Das Haus ist von einem Garten umgeben, das Zentrum von Cala Gonone ist zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist wegen der Aufteilung auch gut für Gruppen geeignet.
Die 300qm große Villa ist in zwei Ebenen aufgeteilt. In den vier Schlafzimmern können die Betten als Einzelbett oder Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden, es sind noch zwei zusätzliche Betten verfügbar.
Der große Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss bietet direktem Zugang zur möblierten Terrasse und zum Garten mit herrlichem Blick auf das Mee. Weiter gibt es ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ein Esszimmer. Die Möbel sind von lokalen Schreinern handgefertigt.
