Im 1. Stock (Dachgeschoss) befinden sich ein Bad mit Dusche und die Schlafräume: eines mit Doppelbett und Meerblick und eines mit Etagenbett und Zugang zu eigenem überdachten Balkon, ebenso mit Blick auf Meer.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch und ein Bad mit Dusche.
Der Außenbereich bietet einen geräumigen Hof mit Tisch und Stühlen und partiellem Blick aufs Meer. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche.
Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein weiterer Wohnraum mit Schlafcouch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein drittes Bad mit Dusche.
