Dependance inside a beautiful garden of 2000 square meters where there is a villa with 4 apartments, swimming pool for common use and parking in the courtyard of the structure. It is located in Orosei in a quiet area called “Sas Linnas Siccas” 2.5 km from the tourist village of Sos Alinos / Calaliberotto and about 10 km away from the town of Orosei. The annex is located 200 m from the very white beach of “Fuile 'e Mare” the water is shallow suitable for children but also for adults who want to enjoy sunbathing immersed in the water. At the side of the beach of “Fuile 'e Mare” the sandy coast gives way to a rocky coast interspersed with small sandy coves ideal for enjoying the sea in solitude and privacy in low season. The dependance is a totally self-contained studio apartment located on the ground floor with an area of about 50 sq. m. It is very well designed to separate the living area from the sleeping area between them communicating but screened, furnished with care and functional for use. The annex has a double bed, a bathroom, the living room with a sofa bed and two armchairs, kitchen with dining table and all appliances commonly in use. The accommodation is ideal for a couple but can also be used comfortably by couples with children. The annex is equipped with TV-SAT to receive free-to-air channels in Italian, German and French .
This beautiful villa with pool is located close to the sea and has a total of 4 apartments and a separate house on the property. Nearby shopping facilities make this apartment ideal for a dream vacation, especially for families and groups.
The apartments are very similar in layout and have up to 3 bedrooms. The swimming pool and garden are accessible to all guests.
