A beautiful large flat in Cala Liberotto/Sos Alinos di Orosei, just 3 minutes from Cala Liberotto beach.

The house is about 85 square metres and has 2 bedrooms, storage room, 2 bathrooms and a large eat-in kitchen:
- one bedroom with double bed, 3-door wardrobe, 2 bedside tables.
- one bedroom with double bed or 2 single beds and 3-door wardrobe plus bedside table.
- Bathroom with shower, bathroom for the living area.
- Kitchen-living room of approx. 40 square metres. Kitchen area with modular kitchen with fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher. 1.40 m x 80 cm table with chairs, living room furniture, sitting area with sofa bed.

Outside there is a veranda with table and chairs, garden with car park.

The house is well equipped, there are various kitchen appliances, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, satellite TV, beach equipment such as parasol and deckchairs, barbecue.

Near the house you will find various services, including: Bank, pharmacy, tobacconist, supermarket, rotisserie, restaurants and pizzeria, church and children's park.
