Description

Holiday home Franca is located approximately 2km away from Orosei. Next pub is in walking distance (700ms). The street leads to the beach and in the other direction to Orosei.

Behind the houses Casa Quadrifoglio and Casa Fabia are in sight.

Details
Casa Franca has a spacious garden and a terrace. Inside the property are two separate accommodation units on ground floor whith separate entrances.

Each unit has two bedrooms. Besides the spacious terrace with reed roof you will find two decorative outdoor showers and a barbecue area. Washing mashine can be used by all guests.

During cold sason the owner provides an electric heater which he charges €20/week for.

Dishes and glasses have to be rinsed clean, the garbage sorted and packaged, and the house swept clean.
Some owners charge a fee if the house is not left properly.

Tourist tax of the region (no guarantee): 1 € per person and per day
The best way to find out the current tourist tax is to aks the owner directly on site.

The costs for an internetconnection depends on the rent of a router and the data volume used. Please inquire about the current fees directly on site.

If the Internet connection is established by a WIFI router of the provider, the availability also depends on the reception quality in the house. The routers are usually only available in limited numbers.

 

General cancellation fees of the owner for this holiday home:

  • up to 16 days prior to arrival: 80%
