This beautiful villa with pool is slightly elevated near Porto Cervo centre. The supermarket and Porto Cervo are only 100m away, the marina is only 400m away. The Pevero Golf Club can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The villa is fully maintained by a caretaker and is comfortably furnished. The garden has two levels and circles the property with small steps. A few metres from the property, there is a beautiful view of the harbour of Porto Cervo from a vantage point that can be reached via a footpath.
The living room is adjacent to the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a large covered terrace, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a larger cloakroom.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom and a very nice terrace with sea view.
In the basement area of the house. is another laundry room.
