Wonderful villa for 8 persons with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large sitting room and living room. Very confortable and elegant. Huge garden with patio, BBQ, great view.
Minimun stay 7 nigths from saturday to saturday in middle and high season. 4 nights in low season.
FREE WI-FI. Suitable for newborn babies and children. We have cots, high chair, bottle warmer etc.
The space
We rent a wonderful villa located in Villasimius, on the south-east coast of Sardinia, built on the top of a hill with great view of the mountain and the sea and large garden surrounding the villa for a perfect privacy for your holidays!
The house has a very large sitting room with fireplace and dining space with kitchen area, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower.
Barbecue outside, external shower with hot water, open gallery for your evening drinks with romantic view and music stereo system!!
The villa is newly built and fully finely furnished with heating and air conditioning hot/cold. At your disposal coffee machine Nespresso, double fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, TV with satellite and DVD player.
The villa can accommodate 8 persons.
