- Großer Wohnbereich, bestehend aus einer ausgestatteten Küche und einem Wohnzimmer mit TV-Ecke.
- Außenveranda mit Meerblick, ausgestattet mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie einem mobilen Grill.

Die gesamte Unterkunft ist mit einer neuartigen Klimaanlage (warm/kalt) auf dem Boden ausgestattet, die 24 Stunden am Tag in Betrieb ist und die Innenluft mit der Außenluft auf gesunde Art und Weise vermischt.
