Vacation apartment in new apartment building with covered veranda and sea view within walking distance to the center.
The accommodation is designed for up to 8 people and is distributed over 2 floors.
Il 1st floor of the house is the main part of the apartment with living-dining room complete with kitchen and a sofa bed for 2 people. From here you can access the covered veranda from where the view extends to the sea. The veranda is equipped with dining table, chairs and couch. There is also a double room with access to a small garden with barbecue and private bathroom with washing machine; 1 room with 2 single beds and another bathroom with shower. All rooms are
air-conditioned.
The basement has its own entrance: here you will find a living-dining room with kitchen and sofa bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The mains water in the house is not for drinking.
Is internet available?Most holiday homes are located near the beach or in the countryside and do not have fixed internet access. Often mobile routers are rented out that connect to the internet like a mobile phone. The speed depends very much on the reception quality at the house and is not comparable with wired access.
Many particularly beautiful, inexpensive houses or those offered privately do not have internet. We therefore recommend using your own mobile phone, because often a mobile data connection is hardly or not more expensive than in the home country and better than renting a router.
