Die Wohnung besteht aus Erdgeschoss: Großzügiger Wohn-/Ess-/Kochraum mit Schlafcouch und TV und Zugang zu einem Bad mit Dusche. Die überdachte Veranda hat einen tollen Blick aufs Meer und ist mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie Sesseln ausgestattet.
Im Souterrain befindet sich ein Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, einer mit drei Einzelbetten, ein Bad mit Dusche und der Waschraum.
Im Außenbereich steht eine weitere Fläche mit Meerblick zur exklusiven Nutzung mit Sitzmöglichkeit zur Verfügung.
