Der Koch-/Essraum mit Esstisch, Couch und TV führt zum Garten mit weiterem Tisch und Stühlen auf der wenig befahrenen Straßenseite.
Drei Schlafräume: eines mit Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelzimmer mit je zwei bzw. drei Einzelbetten. Es gibt ein Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen Hof auf der hinteren Seite, ebenso mit Tisch und Stühlen und Außendusche.
