Häufig werden mobile Router vermietet, die sich wie ein Mobiltelefon mit dem Internet verbinden. Die Geschwindigkeit ist sehr von der Empfangsqualität am Haus abhängig und nicht vergleichbar mit einem kabelgebundenen Zugang.
