Extra luxury aparment located in the heart of Cagliari. The apartment has been fully renovated keeping the old style of the period. The Palazzo Valdes was built at the beginning of the XX century. In the apartment you can find original chandeliers, appliques, furniture, chairs, beds, drawers, mirrors of the same period. Everything has been renovated with a very high level of finishes. The kitchen is hand-made in wood and fully equipped with dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery etc. On request cot, bottle warmer, toys, books, baby monitor for babies. The apartment has independent air conditioning in the sitting room, kitchen and bedrooms, plus heating system, alarm, security door, safe-deposit box. Radio-Stereo CD BOSE. Inlcuded in the price the parking, only on request. Local tax euros 1,50 par person per day for a max of 5 days. This smoke-free apartment features beach towels, parking, and internet access.
