Relax with friends or family in this quiet accommodation located in a peaceful haven, close to the most beautiful beaches and the heart of the Ogliastra coast. The house comprises three apartments and overlooks the Monte Ferru mountain and the valley that leads quickly to the sea, just three kilometers away. The location is strategic, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful beaches and the area's natural beauty. The apartment features a courtyard and a private garden, complete with outdoor furniture. A retractable awning provides shade throughout the day. Inside, the living area includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the comforts. The accommodation also comprises two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed—and a full bathroom. The apartment was recently completed; guests will have access to a new apartment with a covered parking space.
The house is located in a quiet area with small villas and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ogliastra. There are three apartments in the house, offering views over the valley and Monte Ferru mountain.
The finishing touches have only recently been completed, providing guests with new accommodation and covered parking.
