The accommodation is located in a peaceful and tranquil setting, close to the most beautiful beaches, in a central location on the Ogliastra coast. This three-apartment house overlooks the valley and faces Monte Ferru mountain. This very quiet residential area is characterized by villas with gardens, making it an ideal base for accessing the sea and the beautiful natural sites surrounding the area. The apartment includes a private courtyard with outdoor furniture. A retractable awning provides shade at all times of the day. Inside, the living area includes a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the comforts. The accommodation also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom. Renovations have been recently completed, and guests will have access to a new apartment with a covered parking space.
The house is located in a quiet area with small villas and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ogliastra. There are three apartments in the house, offering views over the valley and Monte Ferru mountain.
The finishing touches have only recently been completed, providing guests with new accommodation and covered parking.
