The villa is located within a jewel of the northeastern coast of Sardinia, an unspoiled paradise protected by the marine area of Tavolara, of which it is part, a beach of fine white sand, dotted with junipers and mimosas and a small beach from which you can only access from the house , a stretch of this magical place, make the difference .

The villa is located in the marina of Lu Impostu, one of the most beautiful areas of the whole island, we are in San Teodoro, in one of its hamlets, Lu Fraili , in northeastern Sardinia, at the beginning of the Gallura territory. The area is known for its natural landscapes, crystal clear sea, granites, unspoiled nature but also for its organization and services. The villa is located 2 km away from the Golf Club of Puntaldia and has a unique peculiarity, crossing the garden of Mediterranean scrub, about 4000 square meters, you get through a path to the small beach in front of the house which is accessed from the land only through the villa, so it is like being on about 300 square meters of private beach, but from the sea you can access freely. Back inside the garden , a two-minute walk takes you to the house.

The garden has an entrance for cars and at least four parking spaces inside, we are immersed in the colors of the Sardinian maquis, among myrtle, lentisk and fruit plants and creepers, there are created almost meditative corners in the garden, on one side there is access to a small terrace with two sun loungers overlooking the sea, slightly separated from the house that gives maximum privacy. In the center of the garden, amid the fruit trees, is another area set up with chairs and armchairs in which to enjoy nature from the inside, and 200 meters from the house is the entrance to the small beach from which one enters a stretch of this location dedicated to guests and almost unique.

Climbing the access stairs to the second floor we find a large veranda with a breathtaking sea view, a place set up to create relaxation, lightness, peace and aromas of Sardinia. The veranda gives us access to the large living room furnished in an original way,with TV and wifi, ethnic furniture , special paintings, objects arrived from the owners' travels around the world. From here we access a well-organized kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and a rich assortment of utensils and appliances. Also from the living room is access to a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, and again from the hall is access to two double bedrooms, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, in the smaller of the two bedrooms there are toilet, sink and shower, in the larger bedroom there are bathtub, separate shower, toilet and sink, both bedrooms are cooled with two very good ceiling fans, but the house has natural coolness on the ground floor which is in the area line on the sea. The living room does not need air conditioning given the exposure.

From the second floor, an outside staircase leads to the ground floor divided into two parts, on one side we find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with c, shower and washbasin, while on the other side we find two other bedrooms, The first bedroom is single and has a small en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin, the second bedroom is a twin bedroom with two single beds and a more spacious bathroom with toilet shower and bidet.

The house is arranged for a total of 9 guests, and in camp cribs babies can also be accommodated. We are in a context where nature really gives us back the best possible with a house in a unique and inimitable location and with a stretch of beach that casts us in the colors of the wonderful Lu Impostu and in a context of absolute peace.

The iconic beach, La Cinta, closes to the north with Puntaldìa; just past the promontory, you will find two other jewels of San Teodoro that for beauty of the sandy shore and clarity of the sea give it fierce competition. One is Lu Impostu, of which the origin of the name ('place of shipment') is unclear: perhaps it was a commercial outpost and freight embarkation. What is certain is that it is a work of art of nature, one of the main attractions of Gallura.

One kilometer long and very wide, the beach is made up of dunes of fine, soft sand, white and bright, dotted with junipers and mimosas, thistles and sea lilies. The water is clear and reflects the sun's rays, taking on all shades of blue and green. The seabed is shallow, suitable for children, mostly sandy and gently sloping offshore.
