Consumption-dependent additional costs for electricity, water and gas are included in the rent.

The rent is inclusive final cleaning.
Dishes and glasses have to be rinsed clean, the garbage sorted and packaged, and the house swept clean.
Some owners charge a fee if the house is not left properly.

Gibt es Internet?

Die meisten Ferienhäuser liegen strandnah oder ländlich und haben keinen festen Internetzugang. Häufig werden mobile Router vermietet, die sich wie ein Mobiltelefon mit dem Internet verbinden. Die Geschwindigkeit ist sehr von der Empfangsqualität am Haus abhängig und nicht vergleichbar mit einem kabelgebundenen Zugang.

Viele besonders schöne, preiswerte oder von privat angebotene Häuser haben kein Internet. Wir empehlen daher die Verwendung des eigenen Mobiltelefons, denn häufig ist eine mobile Datenverbindung kaum oder nicht teurer als im Heimatland und besser als die Miete eines Routers.
