COMFORTABLE APARTMENT in villa of only 3 apartments. Located on the first floor, it consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing moments; by stairs present on the terrace, there is access to a large sun terrace that allows to enjoy a fabulous sea view. Present TV, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space; the villa is surrounded by a large enclosed garden, so ideal for allowing children to play safely. Free and equipped beaches of Sea and Rocks and Bados are easily reachable on foot as well as those of the Pelican and Shark; in the immediate vicinity are all major services of Pittulongu. For larger groups are present in the same villa, another two-room and three-room, each able to accommodate up to 5 people.
In the following months the owner wishes an arrival only on Saturdays or weekends
