A newly built villa with modern and stylish furnishings and fantastic sea views from the terrace.
The villa is divided into two levels: Pool level and below garden level. All services are within easy reach.
Entrance is possible from the living room and from the pool. The rooms are air-conditioned.
From the entrance you enter the spacious living-dining room with large French doors to the partly covered veranda with private pool (10x5 metres) and direct sea view. On the veranda you have a dining table with chairs and the garden runs around the house.
The modern kitchen is comfortably furnished.
The four bedrooms are divided as follows:
On the pool level one double bedroom with bathroom and bathtub and one single bedroom with bathroom and shower.
On the garden level, two double bedrooms, each with bath and shower, and French doors to the well-kept garden.
A service road leads to the villa for unloading luggage. Private parking spaces are also available.
